Following Pace’s inaugural exhibition of works by Rothko & Sugimoto, Westgreen recommenced on site for Phase 2 activities.

Preparation for the Keith Tyson Pantha Rhei necessitated round-the-clock shift work with up to seventy men on site. Westgreen completed the demolition of existing RA galleries on the first floor, diverting existing services and constructing new gallery, office and reception areas. The newly-constructed plant room was commissioned to run services to window sill wall ground floor for trench heaters.
