Westgreen’s latest bespoke home is for an existing client for whom Westgreen created an acclaimed gallery in 2016. We have been approached on this occasion to refurbish the client’s private residence, a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the Bloomsbury Conservation Area.

Westgreen’s project manager for the original gallery project has been assigned to lead the delivery team, providing continuity and reassurance that the same award-winning standards of construction will be in evidence once again.

The full Internal renovation is a blend of traditional and contemporary elements, ensuring a conservation-led approach to maintaining the building’s listed features.

Art, and the capacity to display art, is a feature of this project, with many hanging and display areas created, and numerous personalised elements and artisanal workmanship in evidence throughout.
