This major domestic project for a private client involved two adjacent houses and significant grounds in the centre of Chelsea.

The proposals sought to combine the two houses and create a single, grand dwelling. However the existing layout of the houses did not compliment this requirement. As such, one property was entirely demolished, a basement structure added and then the property was rebuilt with a new internal arrangement to suit its neighbour.
